There was a time in my business when I thought success meant constant hustling, nonstop launches, and hitting every milestone on my vision board. I was doing everything the experts said by posting daily, building funnels, and chasing numbers. Deep down, I was exhausted, tired, overwhelmed, and frustrated. The more I achieved the emptier I felt. One day I whispered a prayer that changed everything, “God, if this is what success looks like, why do I feel so distant from You?” In that quiet moment, the Holy Spirit reminded me that success is not what you build but is who you become while building it. That truth helped me to realize that I had been pursuing success apart from God instead of with Him. So I surrendered the striving to God. I stopped measuring my progress by numbers and started measuring it by peace, obedience, and alignment with God. That is when things shifted. Clients started coming from unexpected places. Ideas began to flow again. My joy returned because I was finally building with God without having to do more. That is the mindset I now teach every Christian entrepreneur I mentor.
